Frequently Asked Questions

 Each Unit must be occupied as the personal residence of at least one (1) person who, as of the date of such person’s initial occupancy of the Unit, is 55 years of age or older. No person under the age of 19 may occupy a unit.  

 Occupancy is strictly limited to unit owners and their family members and/or the beneficiaries of any entity holding title to the unit, including, but not limited to a family trust. No renting or leasing of the Residential units is permitted 

Pets are not allowed in Cambridge Hall.

Cambridge Hall is a smoke free environment.
